My first Field Trial dog.
High drive. Very stylish. Very good marker. A real team player. My training group jokes that if I asked Edie to stand on her head out in the field, she would. She travels everywhere with me.
We dabble in Competitive Obedience work and I also do a little Pheasant hunting with her; she works the field well.

Edie has a 50% finish rate in Quals.
WON a 41 dog Qualifying at West Central Minnesota, July 2023 with Dakota Mealer.
WON a 19 dog O/H Qualifying at Missouri Valley Hunt Club, June 2025 in an exciting 4th series. The only dog out of 11 to pick up the long, retired memory bird (hen pheasant) without a handle. A mark and a memory I hope to remember forever.

Has only run 1 Amateur stake to date. Picked up all her birds in the 1st series. Popped on a mark (not a typical behavior). I waited her out, and she spun around and picked up her bird, but we were dropped. I plan to run more AA stakes in 2026.
