Dogs from Whiskey Creek excel in a wide variety of sports and disciplines from hunting, to agility, obedience, and everything in between. Whiskey Creek dogs are known for their ease of training and biddable nature. Most of our dogs that have Master Hunter titles were completely amateur owner trained and handled by people who had never trained a dog, much less a Chesapeake before! We have a Qualified All Age female that was 100% amateur owner trained and handled. Whiskey Creek is also well known as producing some of the biggest jumping Chesapeakes in ALL of the dock jumping associations. We consistently produce dogs that rival some of the biggest jumping breeds in all of the jumping disciplines. We also consistently produce dogs that are the top ranked Chesapeakes in AKC agility. Whiskey Creek’s breeding females conform to the standard set by the American Chesapeake Club and are (Grand) Champions or are pointed in show. We take breeding healthy dogs to heart and our females are heath tested beyond the requirements set by the American Chesapeake Club for CHIC requirements.
