Red Prairie Retrievers

At Red Prairie Retrievers we raise and train Golden Retrievers in Gillette, Wyoming. Our dogs are always part of our family, in our home every day. We were blessed with our first golden in 2007 and our first litter of goldens in 2009. We formally established our breeding program in 2015 after a lifetime of experience working with dogs. We are members of Boomtown HRC, Treasure State AKC/HRC, and Mount Rushmore AKC/HRC club. It is our belief that the more we do with our dogs, the better their lives are, so aside from just field, we train our dogs towards earning their CGC+, TKN+, VHMA and participate in other fun sports like NADD Dock Diving, Air Retrieve, FastCat and Scent Work! We are also very blessed to get to work with a handful of trainers, including service and field to produce working field and service dogs that are donated to handlers in need. We do work with a couple co-own homes from time to time to ensure we keep our dogs out of kennels and in family homes!
