Bentley is a very talented and hardworking dog who will hunt and train all day if you let her. She is a hard charger, an incredible marker, a very strong swimmer, and very biddable in training. She is very intelligent and a real problem solver. Bentley is a wonderful hunting dog and companion. She currently has her Junior Hunter title. She is capable of senior level work. We plan to continue testing her at Hunt Tests and to start HRC tests as well.

Bentley also loves swimming and dock diving. She has competed fairly heavily this past summer, earning her Dock Senior title and Dock Master. Bentley will go anywhere and do anything, truly your shotgun rider type of dog that you can take anywhere and do anything with.

Bentley is a petite dog with cute features, sitting at about 50lbs of muscle. She is also well-built and sturdy.

Bentley has had 1 previous litter of 10 puppies with Ace that are all doing fantastic, showing great promise as hunting and sporting dogs. At less than a year old, they already have a hunting season under their belts and have started competing in dock diving events.

After Bentley’s second litter of 10 puppies with Wake in 2024, she retired from the Trenlock Kennels & Retrievers Breeding Program. She will leave a wonderful legacy as the foundation dog for the Labrador Retriever program here. Although her breeding career is over, she is far from done competing and hunting!
