If you are trying to create a litter but do not see your sire and dam, there are a few things you should check. First the dog must be added into ProLitter, if the dog has not beed added that will be the first step. If your dog was added previously and you still do not see the dogs in the dropdown you will want to make sure the dogs previously added have both gender and breed selected. Also, if the dog is listed an Ancestor dog you will not be able to create a litter with the dog. If that is the case you’d have to claim the Ancestor as your dog to have the dog transferred first.
